The youth boxing membership is thoughtfully designed to cater specifically to younger students. This engaging class will effectively teach students to master the six fundamental boxing punches, ensuring they develop essential striking skills. In addition, boxing conditioning encompasses a blend of strength work and cardio conditioning, which is crucial for maintaining overall body balance and creating a well-rounded martial artist.
*Youth students who are struggling with mastering this particular skill may need to wait a little longer before they are able to return to boxing sessions.
