Professor Tulsa Simpson

Professor Tulsa is a dedicated BJJ Black Belt under Professor Fredson Paixão, with over 28 years of experience in martial arts and 20 years of teaching expertise. His BJJ journey began under Professor Ivan Sakamoto in Okinawa, Japan, back in 2012. Having retired from a 20-year career in the USMC, he now focuses on his family and passing on the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to all eager learners. Known for his humility, patience, and commitment to student growth, Professor Tulsa embodies a holistic approach to athleticism and personal development. Drawing from his diverse background as a family man, drill instructor, bodybuilder, and martial artist, he imparts valuable insights on applying BJJ techniques across all age groups, from children to adults.

Professor Bianca Simpson “B”
Professor Bianca, a BJJ black belt under Professor Fredson Paixão, brings eight years of experience to her teaching and training. Once trying BJJ in 2017 she became enamored in her passion for combat sports. Actively executing extensive mat time and pursuing the spirit of Jiu Jitsu Bianca enjoys the sport aspect of BJJ and uses competition as a way to test herself. With a background in substance abuse counseling and trauma recovery, she is a strong advocate for using the right tools to overcome any challenge. Balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and athletics, she understands the struggle of meeting multiple demands while staying true to personal passions. Bianca sees BJJ as a transformative force, unlocking inner strength while instilling humility in its practitioners.
